The Australian Institute of Export, AusIndustry and the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development have great pleasure in extending to you an invitation to attend a breakfast seminar:
What challenges face Victorian manufacturers in today's global environment?
A panel of Victorian manufacturing companies will sort the facts from the fiction when they discuss their stories on how to survive the current threats to the future of Australian manufacturing through exporting. For the last 10 years Australia's manufacturing export volumes
have increased four fold, and despite the high level of the dollar Australia's manufacturing sector has increased by 22% from 2005-2008.
This event will explore the current challenges facing Victoria's manufacturing sector in 2009 and beyond as well as separate the facts from the fiction.
